Delivery
DISPATCH |
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, after we receive your cleared payment. It may take 1-4 business days for us to prepare your order and hand it over to the carrier. In case of bank holidays, over the Christmas time or other high volume periods (for example Black Friday), please allow a few extra working days for dispatch and delivery.
Orders are shipped from our logistics centre in Poland. For deliveries to Great Britain we cover all charges related to customs clearance.
Orders are sent with DPD or UPS carrier service
IMPORTANT- contact us immediately if you wish to change anything in your order. Please note that most changes will require cancellation of the current order and placing a new one. Once the order reaches a certain stage of fulfillment we won't be able to make any changes or cancel your order!
Total amount to pay for your order will be the item/s price plus any delivery charges (if any, specified separately), which will be shown during the checkout process.

*Guaranteed delivery for Christmas
If you place an order on December 16th or 17th, we guarantee that your parcel will reach you before Christmas. If the courier does not manage to attempt delivery by December 24th inclusive and you want to keep the product, contact us until January 10th - we will refund you 15% of the order value.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only.
All deliveries will be made according to the carriers' standard procedures. Special delivery instructions serve as guidance only and may not be followed by the carrier. If we need to split your order, you'll only be charged once for delivery. However if you've asked for the order to be split, you'll need to pay postage on each shipment.
A proof of delivery (signature) may be required upon delivery. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Damaged or incorrectly supplied products
You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products delivered are damaged or incorrectly supplied then you must note the details of any damage or error on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (by post, phone or email) within a reasonable period of time.
Please note that we can only claims from the person who placed an order with us (not from any third party regardless how it come into possesion of the item).
